Other ways to give to Denison Ministries

Planned Giving
Planned Giving
We provide these Gift Acceptance Guidelines for an idea of what kind of planned gifts Denison Ministries accepts (like, estate planning). To learn more, please contact our Donor Care Manager, Ashley Kuhlmann.

Non-Cash Gifts
Non-Cash Gifts
Non-cash giving is planned by the donor during their lifetime (like a charitable gift annuity) or upon their death (like a testamentary devise or bequest). Think of planned giving as structuring a gift over time, with the donation occurring either lump-sum in the future or over a period of time. Other times, the non-cash gift is made by the donor without the formalities of planning.
Denison Ministries may accept a non-cash gift (planned or unplanned) if allowed by our Board of Directors promulgated Gift Acceptance Guidelines.

At Denison Ministries, we do our best to ensure that every dollar donated accomplishes the mission and vision to which God has called us. By applying this standard to all dollars raised, we can efficiently and effectively accomplish the mission and vision God has called us to.
We believe that because of responsible stewardship and God’s provision, Denison Ministries has maintained healthy financial growth since its founding, allowing the impact of our mission to grow as well. Denison Ministries is accredited by ECFA and has a Gold Seal for transparency from Candid (formerly Guidestar). Our annual financial statements are audited by an independent auditor, and a copy of the most recent audit is available upon request by clicking here.

Help the world experience biblical transformation
Christ-centered content is what Denison Ministries is all about. The journey of the Christian life can’t be done alone, so we link arms with millions of people to build a community ready to make a significant impact. We know the importance of leaving a clear path of faith and creating a legacy for our families to follow for generations. And, we are so thankful for generous donors who make this transformation possible.
Denison Ministries (DM) is a Texas nonprofit corporation incorporated on June 27, 2008. DM is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). On April 29, 2009, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued a determination letter to the effect that DM is exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(a) as a charitable organization described in IRC Section 501(c)(3) and is a publicly supported organization described in IRC Sections 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and 509(a)(1). Subsequently, DM requested that the IRS reclassify its tax-exempt status as a church. On October 7, 2016, the IRS determined that DM met the requirements for classification as a public charity described in the IRC section 501(c)(3) and section 170(b)(1)(A)(i).
